Returns
Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.For eligible returns the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once received, we will refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take 2-3 days to process the deposit.
Damages and issues
Please contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item - we will evaluate and rectify immediately.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of the slow fashion industry, we cannot accept exchanges.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Special time allowances are made for overseas customers.
