We offer free shipping for all Australian orders.

Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

• Australia Post Express — $13.00 AUD | 1–5 business days | signature on delivery

This timeframe is a guideline only. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control. Missing or damaged orders should be reported to the postal service responsible for your delivery.

We will not action any missing order claims until the recommended delivery timeframe has passed and the postal service has been contacted.

International

All international orders are shipped via DHL.

• DHL eCommerce (Standard) — $24.95 AUD | 7–21 business days | signature on delivery
• DHL Express — $45 USD | 1–5 business days | insurance and signature on delivery

If your shipping location isn't available at checkout, please contact us at hannahmillerick@me.com and we'll arrange delivery to your location.

Customs & Duties

If you're ordering from outside Australia, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or levies applied by your local country. These vary by order value and destination.
